Shipping Rates Domestic (Australia)

 

• We use Australia Post or Startrack express service which enables you to track your delivery

• Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours upon receipt of Order

• COVID-19 Notice: Many carriers are currently experiencing delays with normal delivery times. As a result, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We request your patience during this period and advise that you regularly track your Order whilst awaiting delivery

International Shipping

• For international shipping, we use Australia Post International Express Service. This service allows you to track delivery progress of your item. Special request for other carrier ie DHL express can be arranged upon request at additional cost. Please contact us with your order request and location so that we can calculate your postage cost and let you know shipping details.

Delivery Information & Guidelines

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars

• For International Orders, customs duties and/or tax levies may be applied (subject to your country of origin)

• Insurance: to help prevent your parcel(s) from being mishandled or go missing, all customer goods shipped are insured. The insurance cost is included in the cost of postage

Tracking your Order

• After submitting your Order, an email with an Australia Post / startrack express tracking number will be issued

• Enter the tracking number on the Track my Item page on the Australia Post website or call Australia Post Customer Service on 13 76 78
