The Big Little Bear will happily return/exchange any item you are not satisfied with in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy as follows:

 

The item to be returned must be unblemished and in its original condition of purchase. The Big Little Bear cannot accept a returned item with obvious signs of usage or damage.

 

If you are not satisfied with your Order, refunds and/or exchanges will only be accepted if returned within 21 days of initial purchase. All online purchases should be returned to the following address:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned item (unless the return is the result of item/shipping error on the part of The Big Little Bear). Under all other circumstances, Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, The Big Little Bear will exchange the item and cover all associated shipping costs. If a faulty or incorrect item is received, we advise that you notify us immediately (or within the 21-day Return Policy period) to ensure your item is satisfactorily replaced/refunded. Please note the 21-day Return Policy period guidelines apply thereafter.

 

When returning an item, please ensure that it is packed safely and securely in its original packaging (or equivalent quality). NB: The Big Little Bear cannot be held liable for any damage caused by third-party shipping errors or negligence.

To have your Return approved, please ensure the above criteria is met. The Big Little Bear is unable to offer refunds where the above conditions is not adhered to.

All Returns will be refunded via the original payment method used for purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours (or two working days) of receipt of the returned item to the above listed address.
